These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers booking the Norwegian Wonders –2025-26 tours. By booking a place on this tour, you agree to the following:
Booking and Payments
A deposit of $500 is required to secure your place on the tour. This deposit is non-refundable.
The full balance is due no later than 90 days prior to the departure date.
If the full balance is not received by the due date, your booking may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
If booking within 90 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be received in writing.
Refunds are processed according to the following schedule:
91+ days before departure: Deposit retained
61–90 days before departure: 50% of total cost retained
31–60 days before departure: 75% of total cost retained
0–30 days before departure: 100% of total cost retained (no refund)
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, interruption, and medical coverage.
Changes and Amendments
If you wish to make changes to your booking, please notify us in writing. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee all requests will be possible.
Any changes made within 60 days of departure may incur additional fees.
Tour Inclusions
Your tour includes all items listed under the “Inclusions” section of your itinerary. Any items not explicitly listed (e.g. lunches, personal expenses, travel insurance, return flights from Australia to Norway) are not included.
Health, Fitness & Participation
This tour involves walking and outdoor activities in winter Arctic conditions. Participants should have a moderate level of fitness.
It is your responsibility to advise us of any medical conditions, mobility issues, or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit or unable to safely complete the tour.
Travel Documents
A valid passport is required for travel. It must be valid for at least 6 months after the tour ends.
It is your responsibility to obtain all required visas, vaccinations, and travel documents in advance.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay, change, or cancellation of services due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, extreme weather, political unrest, airline disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
Itinerary Changes
While every effort is made to operate the tour as published, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, operational requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Alternative activities or accommodations of equal quality will be provided where necessary.
Responsibility & Liability
Norwegian Wonders acts as a tour operator and arranges services through third-party suppliers.
We are not liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, or delay resulting from the actions or omissions of third parties or external events.
Participation in this tour is at your own risk. All activities are undertaken voluntarily.
Photography & Media
By joining the tour, you consent to the use of any photographs or video in which you may appear for marketing or promotional purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before the tour begins.
Acceptance of Terms
Booking and paying for the tour indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
